GDPR

We pioneered the inclusion of GDPR compliance in our portfolio of services, several months before the milestone date of 25 March 2018.

We are able to holistically support a business in its effort to harmonize with the GDPR by undertaking both the preparation of an integrated compliance project and the Data Protection Officer-DPO as a Service service.

  • GDPR compliance process: The project starts by recording the procedures for mapping the data, then the deficiencies in relation to the GDPR requirements are identified and proposals are formulated for taking technical and organizational measures. It concludes with the implementation of the proposed measures.

  • Data Protection Officer Service (DPO as a Service): As part of the service, we undertake all the duties of a DPO as provided for in the Personal Data Protection Law.
